While visiting our daughter who lives in the area, we realized our radio antenna had quit working. They figured out the problem, could not get the part before we depart for home in Seattle, so they gave us the part number with good instructions on how to do the work ourselves. Wonderful experience -- highly recommend, and would definitely use again if we have audio problems on another visit to the area.

I've always used "Big Box" stores before for auto stereo purchases and installation, but this time I decided to go "local" and give my business to a small company. I wasn't disappointed. The owner took the time to review how to use my new stereo. The stereo itself is rated highly and functions well and sounds great. The installation process was efficient and the inside of my car looks great. And I honestly think the price was very similar to what Big Box quoted me. Keep Novato thriving...Buy locally!

I don't know about these peoples experience at Auto Sonics, but, I brought my Mercedes in to them after another place installed a stereo so badly it wouldn't play and I was smelling smoke, not only that but the sound was horrible when it did cut on. Auto Sonics fixed the problem inexpensively and made the system sound fantastic (with only my stock speakers). Also the first place told me one of the speakers was busted and had disconnected it. Auto Sonics found that it worked fine, it just needed to be remounted so I got all 4 speakers working again... I went back to them a month later to install an amplifier and a box and 2 tens. They did it for only $168 (when other places were saying over 200). And the sound is fantastic. I have been to some sleezy places to have stereo systens unstalled... This place is honest, skilled, and inexpensive.

I have had 3 major stereo systems put in here and am 100% satisfied everytime. Super clean work and a very knowledgeable staff. They don't sell any cheap junk. I would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a simple job, or a monster job. Very clean work, which matters the most to me.

I bought a satellite radio in 2006 from Autosonics. Recently, the satellite radio worked only sporadically, so I brought my vehicle to Autosonics. The owner said it would only take a few minutes to fix. He disconnected the radio and connected it to the internet to reset it. The price for this repair was minimal and the customer service was great. You have to check out their new location on Digital Drive - extra spacious waiting area and great temperature control inside !
